More than 60 of Canada’s most motivated high school students are spending the month of July at St. FX University.
The Grade 10 and 11 students were selected through a competitive national process. They are spending four weeks at St. FX as part of Shad Canada, the country’s longest-running sciences, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics and entrepreneurship program.
The students are living on campus and tackling real-world challenges, learning with faculty and industry mentors, acquiring skills needed to develop Canada’s future.

The students arrived on campus on July 5th. The program wraps up on the 31st.
Shad is a program delivered at more than 30 post-secondary institutions across Canada.
