In an announcement posted on the StFX Athletics Facebook page, Facilities and Ancillary 
services manager Kevin Benjamin stated StFX began working towards safely opening campus to students, employees and the broader community. Benjamin said the statement comes in light of the province’s recent announcement allowing some businesses to reopen on June 5.
Benjamin stated all StFX sport and recreation facilities will remain closed while they work with public health officials on a plan to safely re-open campus. The plan is to share more information on timelines when the plan is approved.
