new cases, noting there are two groups where travel is a factor but they are working to identify the source of the initial infection. He said it is important to point out that there is nothing at this time pointing to community spread.
Strang said it is because of our collective efforts that children can go to school, people can enjoy meals at restaurants, or take part in recreational activities and faith ceremonies. He pointed out we are in the ninth month of the pandemic with no clear end in sight, adding he understands how hard it is for everyone. However, he said everyone needs to be committed to doing what is necessary to protect the health and safety of all Nova Scotians.
For the collective health and well being of the province, Strang asked all Nova Scotians to keep caring, keep building, positive and compassionate communities, and keep using common sense to be safe.
