Three new development projects passed first reading at New Glasgow town council.
One is a four split-entry dwelling at 753 Merigiomish Road, one is a twenty-two unit townhouse complex at 582 Little Harbour Road with an option to build up to twenty-eight units in total, and the third is a conversion to allow seven residential units at 448 Stewart Street with an option to build up to ten units – subject to approval by the Traffic Authority.
There will be a public hearing on all three projects ahead of second and final readings at next month’s meeting of council on November 17th.
