The town of Pictou has approved its capital budget for the fiscal year ending next March 31. In
all, over $2.75 million will be spent. Pictou Mayor Jim Ryan says that along with spending on paving and other basic infrastructure, the town is focusing on the waterfront.
The town’s operational budget for 2020-2021 will be presented for approval at next month’s meeting.
