The town of Pictou has sold a piece of land for housing.
At last night’s monthly meeting, CAO Kyle Slaunwhite told council that the town has sold a lot on Spruce Street to a developer who plans to build four residential units on it.
Under the terms of the agreement, the developer will have three years to complete the work.
