Two New Cases of COVID-19 reported, Active Cases of the virus drop to 16

There are two new cases of COVID-19 in the province.  Nova Scotia Health officials say the new cases are in the Central Zone.  One is a close contact of the case reported on Thursday.  The linked cases remain under investigation.  The second case is also being investigated by Public Health.

There are 16 active cases of the virus in the province, down from 18 on Thursday.  To date, Nova Scotia has 1,121 positive COVID-19 cases and 65 deaths.  No one is in hospital.
