On May 3, at approximately 10:45 a.m., Inverness County District RCMP, EHS and fire services responded to a single vehicle crash on Highway 19 near Creignish.
Upon arrival, responders located a man and a woman with serious injuries outside the vehicle. The man was airlifted to hospital by EHS LifeFlight. The woman was transported to hospital by EHS. The investigation is ongoing.
