During a provincial update, Premier Stephen McNeil mentioned the province reporting zero
cases twice in the last week, noting residents should be proud. McNeil said he and chief medical health officer Dr. Robert Strang are grateful to see such positive signs.
As for the vaccination program, there are clinics in every health zone vaccinating frontline health care workers and they are also at work are in five long term care facilities.
The plan for the next three months is to focus on delivery to health-care workers directly involved in the COVID-19 response, as well as staff, residents and designated caregivers in long-term care and residential care facilities.
