As Spring and warmer temperatures arrive, area residents are being reminded to protect themselves and loved ones from wildfires.
A safety officer with the Goshen Fire Department, James Fuller, says they are planning to host a Wildfire Preparation Day on May 23rd. Fuller says the event will cover a number of topics.
There will be live demonstrations and children’s activities at the Goshen Community Centre from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. that day
