X-Women Hockey forward Ashlyn Garnett is the STFX Female Athlete of the Week.

Garnett, a fourth year Human Kinetics student from Dartmouth played a very strong final series for the X-Women in their close 2-1 series loss to UNB in the AUS championship series. Over the three games she was making things happen on offense and scored a key goal in Game 3 on Friday night in the third period to mount a STFX comeback. She also scored a key goal in Game 5 of the X-Women’s semi-final series.
