Calgary Business Leader to Speak to Business Ability Banquet in Antigonish

Nov 4, 2019 | Local News

A Calgary business leader will share his experience of unlocking the unique talents of people living with autism to a local business audience this week. Garth Johnson will speak to the 5th annual Business Ability Banquet in support of CACL Antigonish Thursday night at the Keating Centre. The event is sold out. Johnson is the co-founder of Meticulon, Canada’s first enterprise to deploy the abilities of individuals living with autism as IT consultants. Johnson sold that part of the business to a German company that does similar work, called auticon. Johnson is now the CEO of auticon Canada.

Johnson says his address to the Antigonish audience will focus on two issues.

Johnson says the consultants they have deployed bring three unique gifts; a precise attention to detail, an exceptional ability to focus, and be accurate.
