Central Nova MP Sean Fraser says Bill Amending Atlantic Accord Presents Tremendous Opportunities

Central Nova MP Sean Fraser says a bill that was recently given third and final reading in the House of Commons is significant for the economy of this region.  The legislation, Bill C-49,  amends the Atlantic Accord to include a regulatory framework for offshore wind and green hydrogen.

Fraser says this is a big step for renewable energy, and provinces like Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador are well positioned to take advantage

The bill now goes before the Senate for consideration.
