Gasoline Rises, Diesel Falls in Latest UARB Setting

The prices for gasoline and diesel are headed in opposite directions.

The Utility and Review Board set the weekly prices for the two fuels overnight.

Gasoline rose 2.4 cents a litre. The minimum price for a litre of regular self serve unleaded is now $1.88.5 in the eastern mainland and $1.89.3 on Cape Breton.

Diesel fell 4.9 cents a litre. The minimum price for a litre of diesel is now $1.83 in the eastern mainland. On Cape Breton, it’s $1.83.8.
