There’s been a third St. FX student that has tested positive for COVID-19. In a letter to the
campus community, school president Andy Hakin says as with the two previous cases, the student has been properly isolating since arriving in Antigonish from outside the Atlantic region. The student lives off-campus.
Public Health is currently investigating, including managing contact tracing.
Hakin says university plans have been fully enacted, including activating the necessary supports for the student.
