Last night, Ron Chisholm was sworn in as the new mayor of the Town of Mulgrave; taking over
Bob Russell as Deputy Mayor swearing in the new Mayor of Mulgrave Ron Chisholm
from Ralph Hadley who didn’t reoffer in the last election. Chisholm has served on council for seven years; this is his first term in the mayor’s seat. He said his first concerns focused on increasing business and tax revenue.
Two new councillors –Crystal Durling and Krista Luddington were also sworn in Monday night and CAO Berthier Sampson reviewed the code of conduct and conflict of interest policies for all councillors. Chisholm said the new councillors were, very interested in reviving the town & and that’s what we need.
