The municipal election for Pictou County will be done electronically.
Last night, county council set the time to cast votes from Midnight October 6 until 7 pm October 19. Residents will be able to vote either by phone or online.
Those who require assistance casting their vote can do so at an Advance Poll on October 12, or on election day. Details on poll locations will be included with PIN information sent to voters later this year.
