The Glen Haven Manor Board of directors appointed Jane MacDonald as interim administrator effective September 22.
The CEO was placed on administrative leave, pending a review of facility operations. The board requested the Department of Seniors and Long-term Care for an operational review of the facility.
In a release, the facility stated with MacDonald`s leadership and the support of staff, residents will continue to receive high standards of safe and quality care at the manor.
