Alva Construction posted the lowest estimate of $1.4 million for replacement of Tittle Bridge on
Durrells Island Road in Guysborough County. Four other companies offered quotes on the project.
Nova Construction had the lowest bid of $3.8 million for two projects in Hants County, a wildlife crossing bridge and asphalt concrete paving. Two other companies submitted tenders.
