The Provincial Health and Wellness Department is reporting 66 new cases of COVID-19 today.
That is the highest single day total of new cases since the pandemic began, eclipsing the previous record of 63, set on Sunday.
In a post on twitter this morning, the department says there are 58 new cases in the Central Zone, five in Eastern Zone, one in Northern Zone and two in Western Zone.
The number of active cases of the virus now stands at 323.
