The RK MacDonald Nursing Home in Antigonish has imposed visitor restrictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. People who have been outside the country are prohibited from visiting the nursing home for 14 days.
Also visitors will be restricted to two people per resident. The home is contacting all Substitute Decision Makers to identify two visitors. The list of visitors will be kept at the door and all visitors will be screened before entering the facility.
Strict visiting hours will also implemented, between 2 to 4 and 5 to 6:30.
